In late 2020, we finished a full remodel of a former nightclub in Downtown Kalamazoo. While most of the building is occupied by the tenant that we rehabbed the building for, we saw a great opportunity with the remaining space as a new home for Kalamazoo Commercial Real Estate. Our new office features as much of the existing building as we could keep while adding our own ultramodern twist.
While creating our new HQ, we were challenged with providing a supportive workspace for our brokerage and property management teams while pushing the limit to showcases our group’s talent as a development company, all while using the existing layout of a building that was originally built as storage units in 1954. Our space features overhead doors to a large patio, open meeting areas, private offices, a kitchen with a bar, and a pool table.
Whether we are taking a private phone call in the phone booth, meeting one on one for coffee, hosting a boardroom of potential clients in the conference room, or having a party of upwards of 100 people, we have designed this space to be very flexible.
