He uses the knowledge gained throughout his banking career to develop thoughtful, customized plans that help clients reach their goals.

Known for going above and beyond, Juan has built a reputation as a trusted resource among clients and industry partners alike. He understands that no two clients are the same, and that every individual or business requires a tailored approach to achieve long-term success.

Juan attended Western Michigan University, where he studied Mechanical and Electrical Engineering. Although he ultimately pursued a career in banking, the problem-solving skills and analytical thinking he developed at Western have continued to serve him well. His experience allows him to understand both sides of a transaction and create solutions that work. If you ask Juan, however, he will tell you the greatest thing Western Michigan University brought him was his wife, Leslie.

When he is not finding the perfect-fit solution, or crunching numbers, Juan can often be found on his fourth or fifth cup of coffee and bringing energy to the office. Outside of work, he enjoys spending time on the golf course, shooting hoops in the driveway, and helping coach sports for his two greatest gifts, Olivia and Jaxon.
