Greg is a serial entrepreneur, and has been starting and running businesses for more than 35 years with a focus on sales & marketing, leadership development, and culture.

Born and raised in Kalamazoo, he started his first business in contracting at age 20. Real estate has been a constant obsession. In 1994, he and a partner launched a home building company and became a licensed broker soon after. Greg grew and led the team from 8 homes their first year to over 800 homes the year before selling his interests in the company. Greg continues his relationship with his former company by being on of their biggest customers, purchasing over a dozen homes for his executive rental portfolio. Today, Greg enjoys helping fellow entrepreneurs and businesses with their real estate needs, from purchase, to sale, to leasing.
