Chad’s knowledge, within the Commercial Real Estate field, spans areas such as representing landlords/owners in retail and office leasing, investment properties, self-storage opportunities, and business opportunity sales.

Chad has a comprehensive understanding of real estate earned through seven years in the industry. His experience, combined with his stringent work ethic for every task, always striving to correctly identify client needs; provides focused and sound strategies for his clients.

Chad graduated from Western Michigan University where he had a double major in Exercise Science and Interdisciplinary Health Studies. He worked as a Strength and Condition coach for 10 years and is an active golfer, and hockey player. Chad and his wife Rena live in Kalamazoo with their children Charlie and Caroline.
