This mixed-use brick building was built in the early 1900s and features first-floor commercial space with two second-floor loft apartments. We did a full renovation on the property creating office space on the entire first floor and updating the apartments to new modern finishes. The property sits just one block from Bronson Hospital and was one of our very first projects.
