We purchased this property in 2019 as part of a build-to-suit partnership with the Community Action Agency of Southwest Michigan. Community Action was looking for a local headquarters for their regional offices but preferred to lease rather than buy a property. They were looking for a single tenant building and did not like anything that was listed on the market. We acquired a building that they thought would work for their use and renovated it to fit their needs exactly.
